Breakdown of Services and Cost Expectations

For my fellow Neurodivergent out there that are looking for straight facts and no schmooze (as well as anyone else that appreciates the value of transparency and clear communication), let me be as straightforward as I can be regarding what to expect and how to go about getting started.

First thing is to reach out through the contact form and schedule your (approximately) thirty-minute video call consultation. Most questions can be answered then, but it also gives us a chance to meet face to face before the initial session. You can see my virtual office and I can assure your setting is one that is conducive to effective hypnotherapy. That way you'll have a better sense of what to prepare for. We'll then coordinate via text/email.

For all sessions (as well as the consult), I'll need you to be in a quiet, comfortable space, and using headphones for privacy and clear communication. Confidentiality, comfort, and clear audio are essential for the work we'll be doing together. You're deserve nothing less than the best hypnotherapy experience I can offer.

Any journey into self-improvement and self-care is an investment of your time, resources, and finances. I aim to make the experience as clear and accessible as possible. With every hypnotherapy session you'll receive live, one-on-one hypnosis, tailored to your specific needs, learning style, and neurotype. You will also receive an audio recording of the hypnosis portion of each session, to support you throughout the time in between. (only MY voice will be recorded)
